Whether you're a beginner looking to master the basics or an advanced cheerleader aiming to perfect your skills, our classes cater to all levels.
Ages 2 - 4 years
Tiny Tumble is a great activity for your toddler. The skills your little will learn in this class will help them with any sport they choose to do as they get older. This class will focus on the beginning technique for our young tumblers, focusing on balancing. Students will learn jumps, forward and backward rolls, handstands, and begin learning cartwheels.
Ages 4 and up
Beginner tumbling is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn a strong foundation with focus on fundamental tumbling skills including bridges, cartwheels, round-offs, bridge kick-overs and introducing the concepts for front and back-walkovers. Forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels complete this early beginner’s tumbling vocabulary. Attention to detail such as alignment, flexibility, strength, and safety are emphasized. This structured class will encourage self-confidence, listening skills, and social skills in a fun, interactive environment. Classes are forty-five minutes long, once per week.
Ages 5 and up
Intermediate tumbling is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their tumbling skills. Class time is spent working on perfecting body shapes, jumps, rolls, handstands, bridges, back bends, kick overs, cartwheels, round-offs, safety falls, body control, strength building and flexibility. Front and back handsprings and are introduced and taught to perfect correct body positions. Classes are sixty minutes long, once per week.
Ages 8 and up
This class is designed for athletes with previous experience who have already mastered the fundamental tumbling skills and are ready to start training up with more advanced techniques and combinations. Throughout the class, students will focus on building strength, power, and flexibility to execute high-level appropriate tumbling passes with control and finesse. In addition to fine tuning students level appropriate skills, they will also work on advanced skills such as Handsprings & Tucks. Emphasis will be placed on perfecting form, body alignment, and body control during each skill to ensure safe & proper progression. Classes are sixty minutes, once per week.
Ages 4 and up
This class focuses on the core strengthening and flexibility. Your athlete will work on body awareness, strengthening muscles used not only in cheer, but other sports as well, and focus on technique for flyers. Classes are thirty minutes, once per week.
